The staff proved very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had good variety. It catered for gluten free requirements. I found the rooms were very well maintained and very clean.
The room lacked windows. This. The automation used for everything felt exaggerated. The human element was almost non-existent. This made the atmosphere cold and impersonal.

I found getting around easy, lake como was a short taxi ride. the train station had good links. I walked there in 5 minutes. breakfast had sweet options, meats and cheeses. the hotel also emphasizes sustainability.

The room was clean. I noticed this immediately. The breakfast had a good variety, and the coffee machine worked WELL.
My room faced the street, and I found the traffic NOISE bothersome at times. The supplied tea bags were quite weak. I wished i'd brought my own.
